Unforgettable Trip to Branson

This past weekend we took a little mini vacation to Branson.
Brent was going with work so we decided to tag along with him... only difference was we took 4 Chinese guys with us.
 Brent works in international sales so he had costumers in town for 2 weeks and him and a few co-workers wanted to take them to Branson to Silver dollar city and a show while they were in the US.
It was defiantly a experience I will never forget! Ha

Saturday, we drove ourselves and got there a little early so we could do a little shopping.
My sweet husband bought me my coach diaper bag I have been begging for...
Now we are officially ready and packed for Saylors arrival!

That night 15 of us headed to the Dixie Stampede.
{ I wish I had a picture and video of this! ha}
 {This was Brent's 1st time and Addison's 2nd}
 {She did great and loved every minute of it!}

 We headed back to the hotel to swim but this little girl fell asleep watching TV before we even had a chance.. This never happens!

Sunday, we woke up, headed to breakfast and then to enjoy a day at Silver Dollar city!
This was Addison 1st time and she had a blast.
 {I couldn't ride any rides, so poor Brent had to go on them all!}
{Addison LOVED the older girls that joined us!}
 {What a good daddy... He could hardly fit in the frog!}
 {We loved the ladybugs because she could ride them by herself!}
It was SO HOT but we had a great time.
It officially wore this 9 month pregnant body out.. I am so thankful for a husband that was there to help and take care of Addison while I dragged along! ha

3 year check-up

Yesterday, Addison had her 3 year check up!
 I know I say this all the time but I still can't believe my sweet baby girl is 3!
We started the day off with a little tea party then headed to the doctor.
Addison was-
Weight: 31 lbs (50-75%)
Height: 35 1/2 inches
And right on track!

The doctors office is usually not one of Addison favorite places to go, so I promised something fun afterwards if we had no tears... And she did great!!
So to fun city we went..
We had so much fun!

That night we headed to see our Uncle Sam play football.
Addi absolutely loves going!
She has been talking about going since last year.
This is my absolute favorite picture of her and Pop with her sweet hand on his knee She sure loves her Pop and I love the special moments they share!!

Happy Friday!
Enjoy your weekend!

Showered with LOVE!

This past weekend a few of my closest friends threw me a baby shower for our sweet Saylor!
{Christin, Chrissy, me, Emily, Kari}
Each of these girls hold a special place in my heart! They have been there for us every stage in our life since high school and college. I could not ask for better friends... this is the 5th shower they have thrown for me-from 2 wedding showers, bachelorette party and  now 2 baby showers.
I am so thankful for each of their friendships!
{The sweet table with her beautiful cake}
 {Addison came up and joined us for opening presents. She LOVED this part and said it was the best party ever! ;) }
 {All of her sweet gifts.. We were blessed with so many precious and beautiful things}
{The Grandmothers}
 {Brent's mom, me, my mom.. and of course A}

 One of my sweet sorority sisters and best friends made these sweet matching aprons for the girls...
 Is she not SOO talented?!?
 Addi has enjoyed wearing hers and "cooking" for us in it! :)

The girls received their 1st matching outfit from Brent's mom, Elizabeth.
Seriously.. how cute are these??
 {this will be a addiction for me and both Grandmothers :) }

Some of Saylors sweet gifts.
Can you tell I have a obsession with monogram things??
My friends know me to well!

I am so thankful for each of the special people who took the time to come to our shower and gave us such special gifts!
We are so blessed and Saylor is already so loved.

I will make them and the places surrounding my hill a blessing. I will send down showers in season; there will be showers of blessing.

Movie Date!

Sunday after church we had a little family movie date to see Planes.
Addison had been talking about it, so we decided to take the afternoon and go!
She was so excited..
 and did great..
watching the movie the entire time!
Brent and I are cherishing every little moment we have just us 3 left.
Its hard to believe and honestly a little scary thinking we have to share our time with another little one in 5 1/2 short weeks or less.
I am so thankful God has blessed us with these precious moments and I pray when Saylor gets here we still get to do and hold these moments dear to our hearts!
We sure love this sweet girl!

Girls trip

This past week, my mom, Addison and I took a little mini trip to Branson for a few days.
Addison was beyond excited!
We met my grandma and a few of my cousins there for a little girls "vacation!"
When we go there we headed to lunch.
Addison was so excited to see Mawma.
 Then headed to the outlet malls for a little shopping
 And of course had to stop for a ride on the duck!
It rained EVERY morning but that didn't stop us..
just put a little delay in our plans until the rain stopped!
 Some of my favorite shops in Branson are all the fun little Christmas stores.
We stocked up for Christmas and got a few ornaments for both girls.
And of course had to stop and take a picture with Santa!
 Addison found this "dog" and LOVED it!
I think she would have stayed and played with it all day.

That night, my mom and I took Addi to the Dixie Stampede.
We wanted to go to a show while we were there and thought this one would be the most kid friendly!
 We had great seats on the end which were perfect for a wiggly 3 year old!
 Until she got use to all the loud sounds this is how we sat..
 but when the food started coming she LOVED it!
 We had so much fun taking Addison to her 1st Branson show!
 We had such a fun few days but after being gone for 3 this little girl was ready to get home and play!
Our house was destroyed within 10 minutes!

Happy Thursday!
