1st Baseball game!

Thursday night Brent took Addison to her 1st baseball game. I had to teach dance that night, so Brent had father-daughter time with her. Elizabeth works at the naturals stadium so they were able to sit up in a box and watch the game with his dad and brother. Addi did great. She laughed and cooed and loved looking at the stadium lights. I guess she is gonna like baseball! :)

This week Gigi and I had to take my sweet baby to the doctor. 15 min after she eats she screams.... so we thought it could be acid reflux. Brent has it so we thought she could to... Dr. Lovell gave us some medicine so hopefully it will work and she will get better. Please keep our sweet little one in your prayers!

On a better note.. she is super healthy and weighs 10 lb 6 oz! I think she is getting plenty of food! :)

a VERY big day!

So today was a very big day for Addison! She slept through the night. Woohoo! I got her to bed around 10:00 pm and the next time I heard her sweet screaming voice was at 5:00 am! A full 7 hours of sleep. I could not believe it. I felt like a new person too! lol Lets just hope we keep this up! :)

She also rolled over for the first time. I could not believe it when she did. She was laying on Gigis bed with me and I had her on her tummy and all of a sudden she was laying on her back. I yelled at my mom and told her. She told me to get up and let her try again... Sure enough she did it. I have to say I am one proud mommy! I couldn't believe she did that, they are not even suppose to until 3 mths... she is advanced! :)

Clothesline Fair

So today my mom, Addi and me went to the Prairie Grove clothesline craft fair. They had so many great booths and Addison did great. She loved being pushed around in the stroller outside.

We found the cutest 2 outfits at the Minkee Baby Booth. WE LOVE thEM!

Little winter outfit to wear. My friend Emily's mom got her one of these that is 3 mths and I liked it so much we had to get her a 6 mth one too! We also got her a giraffe bib! :)

1 month old!

I CAN NOT believe that Addison Kaye is one month old. It really seems like just yesterday I was in the hospital having her. We really have found out how precious this time is with her and Brent and I are trying to spend every moment together. You always hear this is the time in your life you will miss when they get older... sometimes that is hard to see when your getting up at 3 in the morning or dealing with a screaming baby but honestly I wouldn't trade this time for anything! She is growing so fast and I want to be there for every moment of it!

Growing up my parents always told me how much they loved me and would do anything for me but I don't think u truly understand that until u have one of your own. Brent and I would do anything for Addison and love her more than anything in this world! I pray everyday that I can be as good as a Christian mom to Addison as my mom was to me. Truly one of Gods greatest gifts is children. Being a mom is one of the most rewarding things anyone could ask for! We LOVE you sweet baby Addi!

• weigh 9 lbs 6 oz
• growing out of your new born outfits
• Grabbed my face for the first time
• becoming more alert
• smiling more
• are able to follow people with your eyes
• love you mommy and daddy very very much

Update: the doctor told us the jaundice was just from my breast milk and we had nothing to worry about it, all the test came back normal. Thanks for all the prayers for our sweet baby A.

Chunky Monkey!

Daddy and mommy went for a walk.. I think she liked it! :)

Mommy and GiGi wore Addi out shopping and going out to eat! lol

Today we went in for Addison's one month check up. I can not believe time has gone by so fast and a month ago I had her! She weighed 9lbs 6oz. She has grained 2 lbs since she was born... she is a little chunky monkey that likes to eat! lol

Dr. Lovell said that everything looked and sounded great and she was right on track! Such a relief to hear.
The only thing was she still has a little jaundice. They had to poke her foot to draw some blood ( which was horrible to watch :( Daddy had to hold her hands) to double check that everything was good but he thinks its just because im breast feeding her. So please keep our sweet little one in your prayers that the test turn out fine!

Too Cute!

Tonight Addison went to her 1st Central Football game! She did GREAT! Sam made a touchdown and an extra point .. so she got to cheer him on!!
She didn't fuss but one time because she was hungry and had a yuckie diaper. I guess she is going to love sports like her Daddy!
