Oh so cute Tiny Prints!

I can not tell you how beyond excited I am to send out christmas cards this year! 

It will be our very 1st family christmas card and I found the cutest site to order them from.

I know... I know.. its the little things! haha

But I am so excited to start this tradition!


Now I just have to decide which one and what picture/s to use :)

Tiny Prints has some really cute designs and a ton of bright colors!

I just love them all... there is so many to choose from!

Day 16

I am thankful for my job. 

We are so blessed that I work so close and great hours two days a week!

I love my two year olds and have been having so much fun teaching and watching them learn new things! They are so fun!

I am thankful for what great examples Brent and I's parents marriages have been! 

It shows you that even in the hardest of times it is still worth it! 

My parents have been married for 24 years and still love and cherish each other so much!

God has given us great examples to live up to!

Today I am thankful for my sweet Delta Gamma sorority sisters!

 Each of them are so special to me.

We hold so many memories! 

I have a great big sister, Emily..

Two precious littles, Brittany and Kaci

and the best friend/ sister I could ask for -Emily D!

Also some pretty amazing Alumna, Robyn H. and Ann B. and CDC- Savannah!

Happy heavenly birthday sweet Bobo!

Today was my grandfathers very first heavenly birthday. I can only imagine the amazing birthday he has had with Jesus by his side. We miss him so much but know he is so happy in heaven. 

When I think about him tears fill my eyes. I miss him...

but God had a plan for his life and it was fulfilled!

I am so proud of my Nana. She has done so well. I look up to her for being so strong and positive about everything and giving God all the Glory. She is so thankful for every moment she was able to spend with him and looking forward to the day they meet again.

We love you Bobo! Hope you had a very Happy 78th birthday!

Today I am thankful for God's promise of eternal life.

Saturday night we called the Hogs with a few great friends!

About 8 of us plus 3 kids packed in our living room for fun and fellowship!

The boys all piled on the couch... with two empty chairs by the window! ha

The kids had a great time playing, while us girls had so much fun talking in the kitchen.

I am so glad we met these sweet friends, I have enjoyed getting to know them so much!

and as for that...

Day 12

I am thankful for our townhouse. It may not be big or have a ton of room but it is perfect in every way. We have made so many memories in this house, I wouldn't change a thing. I look forward to the day we get to look and buy a house for our family to grow in but as of right now we are right where God wants us to be and I am SOOO thankful!

Day 13

I am so thankful for my Tuesday morning bible study. I have enjoyed it so much. I feel like I have grown in my walk with Christ and learned a ton. Meredith Floyd has done a great job and our group mentor mom, Candace, has been great! We have learned about our personal walk with Christ, children, marriage, and how to manage our home! I am sad to say we only have 5 more weeks but have enjoyed it soooo much!

Fun Days

-Wednesday-

Poor sweet Addison is sick once again.....

I feel like it has been a on going sickness for the last month. 

She has a nasty cough and pink eye again.

I hate when she is sick... it breaks my heart.

I had to go teach, so my Mom came and got her and loved on her all day. 

Gigi always makes it better.

 They played, got a new book, and hung out outside. 

Day 9

I am so thankful for our small group! We have loved getting connected with these family's. They each are so special to us. We always have so much fun together! I look forward to getting to know each of them better.

-Thursday-

( Addison is doing much better)

We are trying to break A from the bottle.. and man is that hard!

This morning we gave her a sippy cup to drink her milk and she wouldn't touch it.

She walked around the house with a empty milk carton and tried to drink it and said, "milk" over and over again! 

and of course I had to give in.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know!

I let Addison do her 1st painting today

and....

She loved it!

A was so messy but it was so fun!

I then had the great idea to do a project we did with our 2 year old class.

Addison HATED it! ha

I painted her foot for the turkey body and then let her put feather on it. 

It turned out so cute, so it was worth it!

Day 10

I am beyond thankful for being blessed to be a stay-at-home mom ( besides my 8 hours a week I teach :)

Brent works so hard for me to be able to do this and I am so grateful. The tough days, the fun days, sick days, misbehaving days, full of tears days and happy days, it is all worth it and I wouldn't change a thing. It is the best and most rewarding job in the world! I thank God every day for this sweet blessing!

Rainy day!

Day 8
I am thankful for our amazing church, Cross Church Fayetteville! Nick truely has a passion for Gods word. We have loved getting to know everyone and spending a lot of our week there!
God is working in this church and we are so excited to be a part of it!

Today was a rainy, rainy day!

We got up this morning and braved the storm and headed to bible study. We were going on a field trip to our mentor-mom, Candace's house so she could teach us about meal planning and how to organize your kitchen. It really helped and we got some great info!

After bible study we met my mom at the mall for a little play time! Addison had so much fun. She is old enough now to really enjoy playing on the playground!

The rest of the day we relaxed at home and hung out in our pjs! :)
