A Fun Getaway Weekend!

This weekend, Brent and I, had a fun little getaway for his birthday.

We loaded up the car Saturday morning, dropped sweet baby A off at Gigi and Pops, and headed to Dallas!

We had so much fun!

We shopped till we dropped... literally, ate out, relaxed and finished out with the Cowboys game!

On our drive down my mom sent me this picture...

That night we went out to eat and shopping, then headed back to our hotel.

Little did I know I choose one that was inside the airport... no joke. When you looked out our window you saw and HEARD planes taking off. It was a super nice hotel besides that fact, with valet everything..( my kind of place :) ..... we just had to laugh at the fact that we were in an airport, a football field away form airplanes landing and taking off! Oh the memories!

Sunday we got up and went shopping, while A went to church with my parents.

I was so excited to get to go in to the American Girl doll store! Can not wait until A is old enough!

Then the shopping began...

 We had great seats!

We had so much fun but ready to get home to see Addison ( which slept great for Gigi and Pop at their house!)

I am so thankful for wonderful parents to take care of our sweet little girl and a amazing husband to spend the weekend with!
