Its my Party... and I can CRY if I want to!

Sunday was Addison's 1st birthday party!

We had a blast. We are so thankful for all our family and friends that came to celebrate our sweet baby A's birthday! Can not believe our 1st birthday has come and gone... it was a bitter sweet day.

Theme: Addison's Ice Cream Parlor

Place: Har-ber meadows pool

Time: 4:00- 7:00

Her invitations said-

I learned to laugh and squeal, then sit and stand,

A year has passed, how time has flown, Look how much Addison has grown.

One little candle, one little cake, please come help us celebrate!

( Brent laughed at how hard I worked on her poem... but I think it turned out cute! :)

 Our theme was Addison's Ice cream Parlor, so what better way then to make it like our favorite place.. Cherry Berry! I think everyone really enjoyed it! I know Addison did!

 Addison loved when everyone sang Happy Birthday to her but when it came to the cake ... she was not to excited!

We have more toys now then we know what to do with. Our house was a complete disaster when we got home but it was so neat to watch her sweet face open each one. She was sooo excited! 

This was such a special gift. She received a add-a-pearl necklace from my parents. My grandparents started me one for me on my first birthday and they added a few each year. This is the necklace I wore at my wedding, so one day Addison will get to do the same thing! :)

As you can tell by her face ... she was done by this point.. and ready to swim.

We had a great day with everyone. Thank you so much for all the sweet gifts and memories. Our day could not have been any better.

Brent, Addison, and I are so blessed to have such great family. I could not thank my mom enough for helping me get everything together. From all the crafts, to late night phone calls to tell her ideas, to helping me get everything in the car, I could not have done it with out her!
