1st day of KDO

'twas the night before school... 

We had a special little treat for Addison.  

I thought it would be fun to start a new family tradition the night before school for the girls to get a new set of pjs and a new book about school. 

Addison was so excited! 

She woke up extra early the next morning ready to go

And told me, "I was just too excited to sleep!"

She walked into her class with barely saying bye.

Addison had a fabulous 1st day and couldnt wait to go back.

Which is great for a mommas heart to hear! 

And this little one enjoyed alone time with momma! 

Weekend Trip

Over the next few post I'm going to try and catch up on our life! I haven't been able to find anytime to blog lately. 

A few weekends ago we took a little weekend trip to Little Rock. Addison was so excited to see her great-grandparents and her Aunt and Uncle. 

The girls did great on the way down... 

But they were excited to get out of the car and play. 

We enjoyed seeing all our grandparents. 

And eating at a fun new place! 

Addison even got to go fishing for the 1st time. 

And caught her very 1st fish! 

We had such a fun weekend seeing family!

I can't believe I am planning your 1st birthday party.. Where has this year gone? 

You are: 

- wearing 3 almost size 4 diaper 

- size 2 shoe 

- drinking 5-6 oz bottles 

- eating some baby food but mostly wanting big people food

- size 9-12 month clothing 

- love to cuddle 

- love to swim in our pool

- bath time with sister is your favorite

- copy everything Addison does 

- very loud 

- take 2 naps a day- morning and afternoon

- have 6 teeth... 4 in one month 

- say mama, dada and night night 

- not a big fan of your paci 

- love to be outside 

- mamas girl

- scooting everywhere on your bottom but not crawling 

- starting to pull up on things 

- love to play in big sisters room

- put any and everything in your mouth 

- you like any kind of food we give you

- love to be held 

- growing a ton

And.. 

- so much fun! 

Saylor Brooke- we love you so much! I can't imagine our family with out you and so glad God chose us to be your parents!  Can't wait to celebrate your big day!!
